Our Responsible Gambling Tools
We provide a full suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from your account dashboard (Account → Responsible Gambling). These apply immediately when set:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposits. Takes effect immediately when you lower the limit (increases require a 24-hour cooling period).
- Session Time Limits: Receive a notification after a set time and choose to continue or end your session.
- Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders every 30, 60, or 90 minutes showing your session time and net balance change.
- Cool-Off Period: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Account reactivates automatically after the period.
- Self-Exclusion: Block access to your account for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years, or permanently. We will also block you from our marketing communications.
- Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a day, week, or month.
Signs of Problem Gambling
Consider reaching out for support if you notice any of these patterns: chasing losses by depositing more; gambling with money needed for essential expenses; hiding gambling from family or friends; feeling anxious or irritable when not gambling; gambling interfering with work, relationships, or sleep.

We do not permit persons under 18 to register or play. We recommend parents and guardians use parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites. Options include Net Nanny, Kaspersky Safe Kids, and built-in parental controls on iOS and Android devices.
